Little Annoyances That Can Cause Big Problems:


There’s a lot of little things that can go wrong in your life. You didn’t get a good night’s sleep, now you’re trailing behind on your commute and you know your boss is going to shout when you get into work.

You ate a little too much at lunch and now you’re bloated for the rest of the day at your desk. Or your stood up for too long and now your feet are aching like hell. Just little mistakes that can mean what feels like a whole world of harm, and can actually lead onto something more serious later on.

So with that in mind, here’s some of the most common little annoyances when it comes to our health that can actually turn into a big problem for us if we ignore them. Don’t let yourself get scared about these things, they’re often enough not harmful and just a sign your body is growing and changing!

A quick trip to the doctor’s can reveal a lot.

Unexplained Weight Loss

At first you might be celebrating; you’ve probably finally shed those ten pounds you’ve been trying to shift since the new year, and without even trying! But before you go boasting about it to your friends and family, make sure it’s not something to worry about. Unexplained weight loss can be a huge indicator of something malfunctioning in your body, and if ignored, can go on to be very harmful.

Of course, changes in diet or exercise amount even in little ways can cause shifts like this, but make sure you can think of a reason behind why you’ve shed weight like this. Then let yourself celebrate, you clearly deserve to!

Aches (or numbness) When You Stand

Lawd! I go through this all of the time. If I sit too long or if I stand to long. I’ve never had  a problem with it until after I gave birth to my daughter. Of course it could just be your body adjusting from sitting to standard, but there’s a lot of conditions out there that can start with aches and pains in the leg and feet, and sometimes it’s accompanied by numbness as well.

It can also be a sign that you should take this issue to the doctors and get some professional, healthy advice. This would be an especially good move if you’ve been experiencing for more than a week or so by this point: can help with some quick advice here.

Or it could be a sign that your current health is getting worse, especially if you’ve already got a chronic illness to cope with. Diabetes specifically can be a huge drain on the health of your limbs, and if you’re savvy enough by now to know what your body is doing, you might need to head to to invest in something to protect the nerves in these extremities.

When it comes to life’s little problems, you need to make sure you’re not setting yourself up for having to deal with a big problem! It’s an easy mistake to make, but it’s never going to be irredeemable, so don’t panic about whether you’re too late with a potential symptom!
